Job We are looking for a hands‑on AI software developer to build and implement AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal projects. The focus is not AI strategy, content creation, or theory.
Individual • Real hands‑on experience building AI‑based projects. • A portfolio, demo, GitHub repository, or other proof of work is required for the application. • Solid programming skills and the ability to write and ship code. • Experience with projects such as AI APIs and automation, backend logic, databases, server‑side applications, internal tools, workflow automation, integrations between different systems, and AI agents, assistants, or custom AI workflows. • Ability to understand existing workflows and improve them with AI. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly in English. • A fast learner who can independently explore new technologies. • Someone practical, curious, and solution‑oriented.
What We Will Look for in Your Application • Concrete project examples, for example: “I built X using Y to solve Z.” • GitHub repositories, live demos, portfolios, or videos showing real work. • Evidence of curiosity and self‑driven learning. • Experience building tools with practical use cases. • Clear communication and structured thinking. • Real technical depth beyond generic CV buzzwords. • Ability to explain what they built, why they built it, and how it works.
