Cloud Engineer (Azure) (all genders welcome)

Location: Lingen/Osnabrück

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and operate the core cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate cloud services into the Developer Platform, including FinOps practices.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, OpenTofu, and Crossplane.
• Develop and maintain scripts and applications using Python and Go.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines.
• Implement FinOps tools.
• Ensure the security and networking of the cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience with IaC tools, particularly Terraform.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python and Go.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines.
• Knowledge of FinOps tools.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and networking.
• Motivation to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• AZ‑104 certification is beneficial.
