Cloud & Infrastructure Lead

Codex are partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce business in Germany that’s looking for someone ready to take the next step into a hands‑on IT leadership role.

If you have experience in a senior/lead consultant role, this is a great chance to take the next step in your career and take ownership of infrastructure, cloud, and security for a highly modern logistics operation – with the freedom to shape the team, strategy, and environment from the ground up.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience in infrastructure, cloud or IT security (strength in one area is enough)
• First leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Pragmatic mindset – able to deliver solutions without overengineering
• Strong communication skills and fluent German, based in Germany

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely step up, take ownership, and make an impact – let’s have a chat.
