To support our digitalization team in Ulm, we are hiring a motivated software developer with great interest in cloud engineering.

In the Cloud Applications team, we are working on architectures of distributed systems, software development of services, browser user interfaces, data streaming, infrastructure as code, APIs, data storing - using public cloud providers.

We are working in interdisciplinary product teams together with our data science, IoT edge and native mobile app colleagues in modern agile frameworks.

Your responsibilities Define and implement cloud infrastructure and observability tooling – Be a passionate software developerSupport and development of complex and innovative shared development utilitiesCreate and maintain automation processesImplement cloud services – Develop holistic software modulesSupport deployment – Care about continuous integration and deployment processesCollaborate in interdisciplinary teams – Being an enthusiastic agile team memberEnsure DevOps – You build it, you run it.

Your qualificationsB.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science and at least 3 years’ experience in software developmentConfident use of agentic AI tools for workflow automation, problem-solving, and software developmentAt least 2 years’ experience with cloud technologies, cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), cloud tooling (Containers, Kubernetes, Grafana Cloud etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Proficiency in developing cloud native frameworks like Terraform custom providersExperience in software development with common programming languages like Java, C# or Golang & experience with continuous integrationFamiliarity with storage technologies and in development of distributed softwareExcellent spoken and written communication skills in German & EnglishHigh degree of motivation & ability to collaborate in agile teamsOur offerA challenging and interesting range of activities awaits you at Liebherr in an internationally successful Group.
