Then join our team! Job information ● Full- or part-time You will work in interdisciplinary teams on challenging digitalisation projects – from the initial idea to architecture and implementation to operation.

What you bring along • Relevant degree/training or comparable practical experience in software development or process orchestration. • Experience in at least one of the following areas: • Front end: modern web technologies (e.g.

Camunda) • You have a deep understanding of software architecture – from the rough structure (system landscape, contexts, interfaces) to tactical patterns (e.g. ports & adapters, event-based communication). • Quality standards and clean working methods: testing, clean code, reviews and documentation are all part of the job for you. • Fluent German (at least C1), everyday English; residence in Germany (ideally in the Hamburg or Hanover metropolitan area) This is also part of your working life • Creative chaos, constructive debate and the courage to try new things are part of our agile mindset – e.g. with Scrum, Kanban or Liberating Structures. • You work in a team-oriented manner, share knowledge, moderate decisions and take responsibility – with an eye on the big picture across module and team boundaries.
