REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in conversion testing, including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT)
- Hands-on experience with an experimentation platform, Dynamic Yield preferred; Optimizely or Adobe Target also welcome
- Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing experiments and personalization
- Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Comfortable implementing and validating test variations directly in live production environments
