Data Analyst – Payments

• Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for relevant payment KPIs
• Analyze and interpret payment data across the entire payment journey
• Derive actionable recommendations from data analyses
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities related to conversion, costs, and payment performance
• Support pricing and calculation models in the acquiring environment
• Provide data-driven decision support
• Work closely with various departments and support them with well-founded analyses

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a comparable analytical role
• Ideally, experience in the payments, FinTech, or e-commerce sector
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, and statistical analysis
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Experience using modern AI tools to analyze and prepare data
• High level of self-motivation, strong analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work
• Confident communication skills in German and English
