For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Data Analyst – Quality & Industrial Systems (m/f/d).

You will support a strategic project aimed at improving process robustness and data quality within Airbus industrial systems, combining technical data analysis with project management and stakeholder coordination.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, validate and process large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Data Analysis & Statistics: Apply statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals and probability concepts, to identify trends and support reliable decision-making.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Create dashboards, charts and reports that communicate complex findings through clear and effective data storytelling.
• Data Quality & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate dataset inconsistencies, pipeline failures and data transformation errors to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.
• Project Management Support: Assist Project Leaders and Work Package Leaders with milestone preparation, action plans, risk management and project monitoring.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows, strengthen process reliability and define future-state solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate alignment sessions with engineering teams, business users and management to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and internal quality standards.
• Data-Driven Culture: Share best practices and coach colleagues in adopting data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

Professional experience in:

• Data Analysis: At least 2 years
• Project Management: More than 2 years
• Process Improvement: More than 2 years
• Interface / Stakeholder Management: More than 2 years
• IT / Information Systems: More than 2 years
• Engineering: More than 1 year
• Quality Management: More than 1 year

Solid experience in Data Management and Data Visualization.

Good understanding of statistical analysis, data quality and root cause analysis.

Experience supporting complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Strong analytical thinking, communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Experience with Airbus Skywise.

Previous experience in aerospace, manufacturing or industrial quality environments.

Familiarity with business improvement methodologies and data-driven process optimization.
