Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage complex SAP S/4HANA rollout projects in an international environmentDevelop and maintain detailed project and rollout plansEnsure the timely execution of all rollout activitiesManage project budgets, control costs, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholdersIdentify, monitor, and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate international project teams, business departments, and external service providersEnsure the successful implementation of local requirements within a global SAP template frameworkOrganize, facilitate, and moderate project meetings and Steering Committee sessionsMonitor project milestones, testing activities, and cutover executionEnsure compliance with defined project governance, quality standards, and methodologiesSupport the harmonization and standardization of business processes across multiple
  locations and regionsYour Profile:Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualificationAt least 10 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager in complex international project environmentsProven experience in multiple SAP projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP rollout managementExperience with manufacturing processes and/or delivering IT projects within a manufacturing environmentSuccessful track record of managing multiple full-cycle projects as an IT Project Manager.
  Experience working in global organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processesSolid understanding of Agile project methodologies, including hands-on experience with Jira and user storiesExperience managing complex project landscapes with sophisticated governance structures and a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levelsStructured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style, combined with a confident presence in international environmentsExcellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are considered an advantageProject Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirableAs part of temporary employment services for a renowned client, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager - SAP Rollout
