Field IT Support Specialist – Lübeck Region

• Provision IT workstation equipment for employees and customers
• Regularly optimize installations from a functional, technical, and visual perspective
• Provide on-site service for network and server components
• Support the planning, installation, and maintenance of the training and administrative network
• Provide IT support across the Lübeck region
• Work collaboratively with customers, trainers, and colleagues

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Experience working with MS Windows systems
• Good hardware and software skills
• Fast learner with strong comprehension skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in German
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within the region, approximately 100 km
