Tasks: • Personally design, build, andmaintain the most critical parts of ourproduct, transforming complex technicalchallenges into elegant and clean architecture. • Rigorously evaluate, benchmark, andfine-tune our AI capabilities, ensuring our coreAI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy andreceive spot on context. • Own one of our core products end-to-end,driving the feature roadmap, leading directcustomer communication, and keep expectationmanagement realistic. • Provide technical leadership andmentorship to our junior developers.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field, or equivalentpractical experience. • Demonstrated passion for technologythrough a substantial personal or side projectbuilt outside of work or school. • Excellent communication skills inEnglish, both written and verbal, with the abilityto convey complex technical concepts tonon-technical clients.
