Pirate Ship Software GmbH provides software that simplifies, streamlines, and makes parcel shipping more affordable in the US market. Its product handles carrier reconciliation processes and a high volume of transactions, with security and scalability as key priorities.

Задачи:

• Migrate a classic server-rendered MVC architecture to a single-page application with a GraphQL API backend and React frontend

• Expand and optimize the test suite with PHPUnit, Codeception, and Cypress

• Implement monitoring, RUM, and log management with Datadog

• Improve the separation of existing modules and refactor legacy code

• Scale the database setup using Aurora MySQL, TimescaleDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis

Требования:

• 5+ Years of professional experience in SaaS projects

• Experience with web and software development in an agile team

• Experience with modern architectures, design patterns, and clean-code best practices

• PHP 8 and SQL

• Unit, integration, and acceptance testing with Codeception, PHPUnit, and Cypress

• React and TypeScript

• RESTful APIs

• German at a negotiating level (C2)

• English at a fluent level (C1)

• Nice to have: Apollo, GraphQL, security best practices, fraud detection, pentesting, CI/CD with GitLab, AWS Cloud, Docker

• Candidates must not expect fully established end-to-end processes, require detailed instructions, or prefer working as isolated individual contributors
