We combine solid software engineering with modern coding agents, language models, and AI-powered workflows to build productive software for real use cases. • Implement modern AI workflows with language models, retrieval, search, and coding agents effectively • Build frontends that make complex AI functionality understandable and usable • Develop backends and integrations that reliably connect data, models, and systems • Structure requirements and derive robust technical solutions from them • Drive projects or sub-projects independently • Make pragmatic decisions together with clients and the team, and execute quickly • Continuously improve our internal tools, frameworks, and development processes Your Profile • German at C2 level • Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented, strongly typed language • Experience with backend development, databases, or system integration • Genuine interest in generative AI, language models, search technologies, and AI-native software development • Confidence in using modern AI and coding agents as part of your workflow • Enjoyment in achieving visible progress every week while working cleanly • The ability to structure requirements, make technical decisions, and implement topics independently • Productive software over AI demos — pragmatic, fast, and with high quality standards. • Modern AI tools and coding agents are an integral part of our daily workflow. • Take responsibility early, work closely as a team and near our clients.
