Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

Dermanostic GmbH is a digital health tech company that combines modern technology with medical expertise to make dermatological care digitally accessible and easy to use. To further develop our platform, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) with experience in Ruby on Rails to help us build stable, scalable, and user-centered applications.

Gehalt: €60.000,00 pro Jahr

Your Responsibilities

• Development and continuous improvement of our web applications, both frontend and backend
• Working with Ruby on Rails in production systems
• Implementing new features from initial idea to live deployment
• Close collaboration with Product, Medical, and Tech teams
• Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Contributing to technical decisions and the ongoing development of our system architecture

Your Profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a comparable role
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails
• Experience working on production software projects
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
• Residence in Germany or Portugal (remote)

Nice to Have

• Experience in health tech, med tech, or a regulated environment
• Interest in sustainable software development and scalable systems
