• Partner with product and game teams on player behavior, engagement, and progression questions • Perform advanced SQL analyses to uncover patterns and drivers behind player actions • Design and analyze player segmentation and behavioral cohorts • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests • Build and maintain reliable analytics-ready data models using dbt or similar tools • Ensure data quality, clarity, and documentation of key datasets and metrics • Contribute to self-serve reporting and visualization • Align priorities with cross-functional teams and influence roadmap decisions • Collaborate with analysts and the data infrastructure team to improve analytical workflows and standards • Support multiple game teams over time as an individual contributor focused on data modeling, advanced analysis, and scalable analytical foundations Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools • Experience working with complex datasets and analytical data models • Ability to translate data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences • Application in English • Experience with Looker and dbt (desirable) • Experience with Python or R for data analysis (desirable) • Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Airflow (desirable) • Background in games, free-to-play, or product analytics (desirable) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Data Analytics with a strong focus on SQL, data modeling, and visualization.
