About this Position What youll do Own the strategy, roadmap, and success of Henkel’s global SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning product in our Business Unit IT (DX)Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and product enhancementsManage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business valueDrive the evolution and standardization of global Demand Planning capabilitiesLead stakeholder alignment and product governance across regions and functionsDrive user adoption, performance improvements, and business value realizationFoster innovation through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven planningCollaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutionsWhat makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Information Technology, complemented by a Master’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of
