Having already hired two experts this year, they are now looking for an additional Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape the project roadmap, play a key role in the implementation, and support the growth of the SuccessFactors team.

Tasks • Design, implement, and lead the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors • Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Compensation & Variable Pay . • Demonstrate expertise in managing project progress and driving digital transformation initiatives. • Configure solutions to align with HR requirements and best practices. • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for the SAP SuccessFactors system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
