Für unseren traditionsreichen, stetig wachsenden Produktionsstandort in Troisdorf (Nähe Köln/Bonn) suchen wir auf Vollzeitbasis einen: IT Business Analyst (m/w/d)

As an IT Business Analyst (m/w/d), you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the implementation of future-oriented IT solutions. Working closely with business functions and international project teams, you will make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our European manufacturing sites.

Role & What You Will Do

• Analyzing, optimizing, and further developing business processes in Manufacturing, Quality, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
• Gathering, evaluating, and documenting business requirements
• Participating in local and international IT and digitalization projects
• Advising business functions on the selection and implementation of appropriate IT solutions
• Supporting and enhancing existing applications and systems
• Collaborating with national and international business and IT stakeholders
• Identifying automation and digitalization opportunities
• Supporting change management and transformation initiatives
• Play an active role in application integration implementations for EU sites (LIMS<>SAP, MES<>SAP, SAP<>Arvato, SAP<>OSM)

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• 2 - 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of SAP, ideally including MM, WM, PP, or QM modules
• Understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
