• Maintenance of printing and telecommunications systems
• Maintenance of installed hardware and software in the Windows environment
• Support of networks, hardware and software components
• First and second level support YOUR PROFILE:
• Training as an IT clerk, IT specialist for system integration or comparable vocational training
• Career changers are also welcome
• At least two years of professional experience in the IT sector
• Good knowledge of hardware and software
• First experiences in dealing with ticket systems* flexibility and team spirit
