• Leading and managing IT governance and project initiatives in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Management of project resources as well as analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes at interfaces
• Functional leadership of project teams as well as methodological advice and support for project managers within central PMO structures.
• Preparation of relevant key figures, ad-hoc analyses and presentations

What you bring along

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of demonstrable professional experience in a central project management office (PMO) as well as in the management or sub-project management of complex IT projects.
• In-depth understanding of typical IT project lifecycles, interfaces, dependencies, and control elements.
• Ideally, experience with SAP PPM or comparable enterprise tools.
• Experience in adapting, modeling, and increasing the efficiency of IT processes
• Ability to independently structure complex issues, develop practical concepts and present them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
• Very good communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented work style paired with strong implementation skills and initiative.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
