We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team, with a special focus on the Human Resources domain. You will work closely with a team consisting of IT management, Project Managers, specialists and project participants from both the business and IT.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and a strong understanding of IT and HR processes and Systems. The goal is to optimize current processes and initiate new initiatives as part of the industrialization process and journey DOVISTA is on.
You will work with data and digitalization projects involving upgrades and implementation of IT systems. An informal tone, humor, and mutual respect characterize everyday life. We place emphasis on your ability to work efficiently and independently. You take responsibility for your tasks and maintain an overview and work in a structured manner.
