About the Role BarryRecruit is supporting an international industrial leader in the recruitment of a high-impact IT Project Manager (M/F) to lead global SAP and digital transformation projects. This role is based in Singen (Germany) and offers a unique opportunity to work across international teams, drive innovation in manufacturing environments, and manage strategic IT projects with long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
•
Project Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5 internal IT specialists, ensuring project alignment with business strategy.
•
SAP Integration & Process Harmonization: Coordinate and implement standardized SAP business processes across multiple international production sites.
•
Digital Transformation: Drive innovative digitalization projects, including IoT, Industry 4.0, cloud integration, and future-oriented IT initiatives.
•
Workshops & Documentation: Organize workshops with key users and stakeholders. Deliver complete and structured project documentation and progress reporting.
•
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders from both business and IT. Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical teams and operational goals.
•
Change Management: Promote adoption of new systems and processes. Support internal users in the transition towards digital maturity.
•
Travel: Occasional travel between European production sites as required.
Candidate Profile
•
Education: Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
•

•
Strong expertise in SAP architecture and integration/interfaces
•
Experience with digitalization projects (IoT, Industry 4.0, cloud platforms, etc.)
•
Languages: Fluent in German and English (C1) written and spoken.
