IT Risk & Compliance Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver GRC and information security consulting projects across a variety of industries.
• Conduct risk assessments and maturity assessments based on established security frameworks and standards.
• Guide organizations in implementing and enhancing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Develop security policies, procedures, standards and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate certification and audit readiness activities, including ISO 27001 assessments and remediation planning.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to identify risks, requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with evolving regulations and standards, including NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz and GDPR.

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk, Compliance, GRC or a related consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience with information security and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, COBIT and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
• Experience in risk assessments, ISMS implementations, audit preparation or compliance-related projects.
• Willingness to travel across German-speaking countries.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
