IT Security Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Security Operations & SOC Management: Serve as a primary technical lead for the Security Operations Center, overseeing the transition to new providers and defining global requirements for threat detection and response.
• Create Customized Security Playbooks: Develop, document, and update standardized incident response playbooks and operational procedures to streamline threat mitigation across the security team.
• Infrastructure Analysis & Hardening: Support the "Digital Perimeter Hardening" initiative by analyzing network logs, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending path optimization and re-routing strategies between switches and firewalls.
• Endpoint Integrity: Monitor the lifecycle and integrity of global endpoints, ensuring consistent patching and permission standards.

Network Security Monitoring: Monitor and analyze network traffic to maintain and enforce granular access control policies.

• Threat Mitigation: Develop and maintain automated threat mitigation solutions.
• Cloud & Hybrid Security Monitoring: Monitor cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) for security posture and threat activity, including verifying secure connectivity across Azure VWAN and cloud-native security services.
• Compliance & Audit: Participate in and support ISO 27001 internal and external audits to ensure global compliance with international security standards.

Your talents:

• Experience: Proven experience as a security analyst or in a related cybersecurity role, working with enterprise-grade technologies and SOC tools.
• Security Monitoring & Incident Response: Experience deploying and managing SIEM/SOAR systems and EDR/XDR platforms to detect and mitigate threats in real time.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of secure protocols and technical configurations
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with security platforms such as Trellix, Rapid7, and network monitoring tools like Wireshark.
• Automation Skills: Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Flask) and API integration for automating security responses and log management.
• Cloud Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud networking and security architectures within AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Certifications: Certifications: Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications are strongly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical risks to diverse global stakeholders.
