We are seeking a full-time IT Specialist (m/f/d) in AI and Digitalization

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and further developing our internal AI platform and AI applications, as well as the underlying Linux and server infrastructure
• Developing and integrating AI-based applications, chatbots, and automation solutions, as well as connecting AI models, APIs, and corporate data
• Collaborating on IT and digitalization projects - from developing new solutions through technical implementation to deployment within the company
• Supporting the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, particularly Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, and end devices
• Contributing to daily IT operations and user support, including independently handling issues, software installations, and user inquiries in first- and second-level support

What you bring to the table:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, IT, or software development, or a comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of software development, ideally with Python, as well as experience with Linux, APIs, and modern IT technologies
• Interest in - and ideally some initial experience with - AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), chatbots, and automation solutions
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and IT administration; experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is desirable
• An independent and solution-oriented approach to work, strong teamwork and communication skills, and good written and spoken German
