YOUR TASKS

• Ensuring smooth and reliable IT support for our employees
• Receiving, classifying, analyzing, assessing, prioritizing and processing incoming service requests
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, including structured documentation of incidents
• Organizing the setup and delivery of clients and IT workstations
• Maintaining and documenting our hardware and software systems
• Maintaining and continuously optimizing our IT systems and infrastructure
• Actively participating in IT projects and supporting the implementation and further development of new systems and processes
• Collaborating with internal departments and external IT service providers
• Supporting the further development and standardization of our IT service processes

YOUR PROFILE

You are a motivated IT professional with:

• Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT Specialist for System Integration , or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in IT support or a similar position
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures, particularly networks, Active Directory, end devices and peripherals
• Experience in analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
• A structured approach to analyzing, prioritizing and escalating more complex service requests
• An independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with colleagues and supporting IT projects
• Good command of German and, ideally, good English skills
