For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors .Around 80 employees from different nations and disciplines work together at our three locations in Stuhr near Bremen .

YOUR PROFILE You are a motivated IT professional with: • Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT Specialist for System Integration , or a comparable qualification • Initial practical experience in IT support or a similar position • Good understanding of IT infrastructures, particularly networks, Active Directory, end devices and peripherals • Experience in analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues • A structured approach to analyzing, prioritizing and escalating more complex service requests • An independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working • Strong service orientation and communication skills • Enjoyment of working with colleagues and supporting IT projects • Good command of German and, ideally, good English skills
