Job Title: IT Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced End-User Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience supporting end-users, with experience ideally in the financial sector.

As an End-User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our end users while maintaining a calm and balanced temperament. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as within a team and have the confidence to support VIPs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support to end-users.
• Prioritize concurrent tickets.
• Support VIPs with the highest level of professionalism.
• Work independently as well as within a team.
• Continuously identify and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience supporting end-users.
• Experience working in the financial sector.
• Fully competent with supporting Windows 10 & Windows Server 2012, 2016 onwards.
• Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (EXCH & EXO), Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 services.
• Basic experience with PowerShell (exchange online/Azure).
• Familiarity with Zoom and Teams.
• Experience supporting hardware such as Thin Clients, Laptops, iOS devices.
• Nice to have: VMware Horizon, Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, box, HP Device Manager, Experience using Service Now ITSM.

Salary: €33500 - €37500
