Your responsibilities will include: Handling end-user problems and questions via phone and ticket system; providing direct assistance or forwarding inquiries to appropriate IT specialists; acting as a liaison between business departments and IT; creating and maintaining simple instructions for the knowledge base; and identifying recurring issues for sustainable troubleshooting.

• Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist

• Initial practical experience in first-level support or helpdesk

• Proficient use of SAP and a general understanding of IT processes

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.

• Independent, structured and meticulous work style

• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
