In this role, you will ensure the reliable operation, integration, and monitoring of IT and OT systems that are essential for the safe and efficient functioning of rail infrastructure.Your TasksPlan, operate, and maintain complex IT systems in a critical infrastructure environment with high availability requirementsEnsure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standardsIntegrate and configure IT systems into existing and new infrastructures, with a strong focus on IT/OT securityMonitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issuesSupport the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and toolsCreate and maintain technical documentation for systems and processesConfigure, parameterize, and test IT applications in line with operational and security requirementsYour QualificationsCompleted vocational training as a Fachinformatiker:in, Elektroniker:in für Informations- und Systemtechnik, Techniker:in, or a comparable qualificationSolid experience in the administration of Windows Server systems and Active DirectoryGood knowledge of network technologies (Network Layer, Link Layer, Physical Layer)Basic knowledge of IT/OT security and experience in critical infrastructure environmentsExperience with monitoring tools (e.g.
