Your responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd level support for all international locations via phone, email, and ticketing system
• User and access management in Active Directory / Azure AD
• Setup, installation, and configuration of end devices (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• In-depth analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
• Software packaging and collaboration on IT projects

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification
• You have knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies
• You demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You are willing to take responsibility and actively contribute
