IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Manage infrastructure: Administration, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, and storage).
• Provide user support: First- and second-level support for colleagues experiencing hardware and software issues (including mobile devices, Windows, and Linux).
• Manage systems: Administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, as well as virtual environments (Hyper‑V, Proxmox) and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Manage networks: Configuration and monitoring of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall systems.
• Ensure security: Implementation and monitoring of backup strategies as well as IT security and data protection policies.
• Implement and monitor compliance with the EU Machinery Directive and the Cyber Resilience Act (2027) in both corporate IT and product development
• Drive projects forward: Collaborate on IT projects such as the implementation of new software (e.g., an ERP system and purchase-to-pay systems) or new hardware
• Website maintenance and support: Plan and implement updates, backups, and security measures. Knowledge of PHP and WordPress is a plus

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Digital Networking (m/f/d), IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), or comparable IT-related training
• Alternatively, a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of IT security, backup, and monitoring
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
