systems to adapt to user requirements Infrastructure Projects: Support in planning, development, and implementation of new server and data center solutions Incident Management: Technical support for root cause analyses and incidents in the virtualization environment Qualifications Successfully completed Master s or Diploma degree in Computer Science or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in administering Citrix environments (Virtual Apps Desktops) Extensive expertise in the areas of network, server, and client environments as well as virtualization environments (e.g., VMWare) Proficient handling of Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server, and Microsoft patch management Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2) Knowledge of ITIL and product certifications is advantageous Independent and structured way of
