To strengthen our IT team at our headquarters in Annweiler, we are looking for a IT Systems Administrator & IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Administration of the server infrastructure, firewalls, and backup systems Installation and setup of end devices and systems Processing, prioritizing, and monitoring service requests via our ticket system Collaborating with external IT service providers on fault analysis and troubleshooting Documentation of IT systems, configurations, and technical solutions Participation in IT projects as well as in the continuous optimization and further development of our IT system landscape Your Profile Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in the IT field At least 5 years of professional experience in the required field Self-organized, structured approach to work with a strong service orientation Flexibility, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work well in a team Strong communication skills when interacting with various internal and external contacts in German
