SAP BW Consultant / Developer

peurpeople’s customer, a global leading organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant to join their ongoing assignment in Switzerland. /ppOverall, the project aims to consolidate all SAP BW installations from various regions into a central HANA platform, including migrating Web objects. /ppThe SAP BW developer will carry out analytical activities, software development related to migration, and business analysis tasks. /ppstronguYour main responsibilities are: /u /strong /pulliConduct analytical activities and develop software for migrating SAP BW WebTemplates from 3.x to 7.x, with a focus on Web Templates 3.x development skills and business analysis. /liliUnderstand requirements from existing Web Templates (3.x), upgrade to 7.x, and transport new objects to the new platform. /liliImplement new 7.x functionalities using .js, where applicable, replacing previous 3.x

functionalities. /liliIdentify and migrate Data Store Objects (DSOs) and queries necessary for Web Template operation. /liliPerform unit testing on developed components, ensuring existing 3.x functionality and results are replicated in 7.x. /li /ulpIdeal candidates will have: /pulliExtensive experience with Web Templates in 3.x and 7.x, especially SAP BW 7.4 on HANA. /liliExperience with SAP Portal integration with BW and WAD Web Templates. /liliABAP development skills for SAP BW. /liliMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis. /liliExperience working within complex system landscapes with regional or local exceptions. /liliAbility to perform unit testing independently. /li /ulpstrongPharma experience is a PLUS. /strong /ppFor more information about this opportunity and the competitive package, please contact eurpeople. /ppThe client requires candidates to possess a valid
