Working alongside our Solutions Architect, your technical problem-solving will translate everyday business needs into scalable digital solutions.

What You'll Do In this role, you will: • Build & Customize Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and system features using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs. • Advance AI & Automation: Develop and refine Now Assist AI skills, agents, and agentic workflows to reduce manual effort and streamline operational processes. • Integrate Enterprise Systems: Create and manage robust integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using integration spokes or custom APIs. • Support Agile Delivery & Upgrades: Collaborate in an Agile setting to build, test, and release solutions while conducting regular platform upgrades to ensure system performance and security.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: • 3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform (such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO). • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and integrating third-party systems. • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
