• First point of contact for employees regarding IT questions and technical issues on-site in Mülheim • Provide 1st-level support, analyze and classify requests, and elevate more complex issues to the central 2nd-level support team • Set up workstations, laptops, PCs, monitors, and peripheral devices • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain hardware, printers, and network connections, and resolve minor technical issues on-site • Maintain an inventory of IT assets • Document IT processes • Support software installations, migrations, and IT projects • Support the central IT team in administering the Microsoft environment, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune, as well as Enreach Swyx • Work closely with the central IT team of Kienzle Beteiligung GmbH (holding company) Requirements • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365/Office, client hardware, and peripheral devices • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP) • Good command of German and English • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Strong service orientation and communication skills • Calm and patient when assisting users—even in stressful situations • Desirable: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Power BI, or Enreach Swyx Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing 1st-level IT support, managing hardware and software installations, and maintaining IT assets.

Proficient in Microsoft environments and networking fundamentals, with strong communication skills in both German and English.
