To strengthen our AMS team, we are currently looking for a Junior SAP Authorization Consultant (m/f/d) who will act as a liaison between technical and business teams.

Daily Responsibilities • Selecting appropriate SAP authorization roles based on employees’ business scope, in cooperation with functional consultants • Managing SAP users and roles together with the technical team • Obtaining authorization-related approvals from the managers of requesting employees • Communicating with business users, IT teams, and consultants to ensure smooth authorization processes Skills We Are Looking For • Initial experience in SAP authorization and willingness to develop further in this area • Understanding of the basics of SAP authorizations, including the difference between composite roles, single roles, and similar concepts • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (C1) • Ability to translate business requirements into IT language and explain IT topics to business users • Openness to working with people and frequent communication via Microsoft Teams and chat • Willingness to travel occasionally to Cologne, approximately 2–3 days per month • Openness to various types of tasks, including working in SAP, Excel, meetings, communication with stakeholders, and coordination activities What We Offer • Work for end customers from leading global companies in the automotive sector • Opportunity to develop SAP skills in the areas of consulting and authorization management • Practical experience in SAP user and role management • International working environment with regular communication in German and English • Support from experienced SAP and technical teams Candidate Profile This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and working at the intersection of business and IT.
