Sprache: Deutsch - Fließend (C1) • Qualifikation: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder einen ähnlichen Abschluss • Erfahrung: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im 1st &/oder 2nd Level Support in der Microsoft Umgebung gesammelt • Arbeitsweise: Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und ein lösungsorientierter Blick zeichnen dich aus • Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und freust dich darauf, neue Systeme und Projekte gemeinsam anzugehen • Kenntnisse: Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Active Directory und hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an neuen digitalen Lösungen Tätigkeiten • Im 1st & 2nd Level Support führst du Erst- und weiterführende Analysen sowie die Behebung von Problemen technischen Ursprungs durch - Betreuung und Administration von Netzwerken, HyperV-Virtualisierung, Hybrid-Active-Directory-Umgebungen sowie der Microsoft-365-Services (On-Premises und Cloud) - Du verantwortest das Benutzer- und Zugriffsmanagement, von der Anlage und Pflege von Usern in Active Directory und EntraID bis hin zur Vergabe von Gruppengesteuerten Lizenzen und Berechtigungen - Du bereitest die technische Ausstattung für unsere Mitarbeiter vor, unterstützt kompetent bei technischen Fragestellungen und agierst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen stets ruhig - In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Leitung wirkst du maßgeblich an der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit Team In unseren regelmäßigen Meetings besprechen wir unsere Projekte und unterstützen uns gegenseitig bei Herausforderungen.
