You can help shape the architecture, develop teams, use AI in meaningful ways and build things that make a visible difference. • 30 days of vacation plus unlimited additional vacation days • Hybrid working and workation opportunities - generally 3 days per quarter in the office, travel expenses are covered • €1,500 annual training budget • €30 monthly mobility allowance plus bike leasing • Company pension scheme • EGYM WELLPASS for €25 personal contribution per month • A lot of trust, personal responsibility and freedom to make decisions Your responsibilities • Lead and develop a product-oriented backend engineering team • Take responsibility for core B2B platform services • Make and drive architectural decisions together with the team • Stay hands-on, write code yourself and solve complex technical challenges • Take responsibility for microservices based on the \"You build it, you run it\" principle • Develop secure, scalable and maintainable solutions with real business impact • Work closely with Product Management and internal stakeholders • Coordinate APIs, interfaces and architecture across multiple teams • Drive AI-assisted development and new engineering approaches within the team Your profile • Experience leading and developing engineering teams • Empowering leadership style: trust instead of micromanagement • Very good knowledge of Kotlin and Spring Boot • Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL • Confident working with microservices, Kubernetes and production systems • Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures, ideally Kafka • Interest in AI-assisted development; experience with agentic AI practices is a plus If you're looking for a job where \"Team Lead\" doesn't mean distributing tickets and moderating meetings, but rather truly bringing people, technology and product together, you should take a closer look at this role.
