TasksAs Lead Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d/x), you take on a leading role in digitizing and optimizing HR processes for our customers in public administration and the private sector.

With your in-depth expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, you will provide strategic advice, carry out comprehensive process consulting in the HR environment and translate complex business requirements into innovative and sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities include in particular:Holistic advice in complex transformation, migration or implementation projectsStructuring, prioritizing and managing professional requirementsDevelopment and implementation of professional and technical solution concepts in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environmentCoordination of HR departments, IT, project teams and management stakeholdersModeration of workshops, management presentations and trainingTechnical quality assurance of project resultsMentoring and development of consultants and junior consultantsInvolvement in presales, offer processes, solution design and customer acquisitionTakeover of (partial) project managersProfilYou have a degree in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering or comparable experience.

You also have the following qualifications:Many years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors projectsProfound knowledge of the SAP HCM module landscape, in particular PA, OM, PT and PYVery good understanding of HR processes, organizational structures and system landscapesExcellent consulting, moderation and communication skills at professional and management levelAnalytical thinking and structured working methodsExperience with project management standards and agile methodsVery good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)Is this job made for you?
