As an SAP SD Lead Consultant m/f/d, you will serve as a key liaison between our global sales organization, our international sales subsidiaries, and IT.

In this role, you’ll make a significant contribution to the further development of our digital sales processes and lay the groundwork for scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions in the international ERP environment.

Your Tasks • You will serve as a strategic sparring partner for our global sales organization and advise subject matter experts and management stakeholders on the further development of the international order-to-cash process • You will gather requirements from the sales departments, structure them, evaluate benefits, effort, and dependencies, and translate them into clear, actionable technical concepts • Together with business, IT, and process owners, you will develop target states, roadmaps, and implementation paths for the further development of our processes in the SAP SD environment • You will translate complex issues into language tailored tothe needs of business units, management, IT teams, and external partners • You support the prioritization of requirements, prepare the basis for decision-making, and ensure that global standards, template compliance, and sustainable business value are taken into account • You will support international transformation, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives from a steering and conceptual perspective and assist in the global harmonization of our sales processes • Customizing, technical implementation support, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support round out your responsibilities Your Profile • You have a college degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a comparable qualification • You have several years of experience as a Business Process Consultant m/f/d, Product Owner m/f/d, Demand Manager m/f/d, IT Business Partner m/f/d, Lead Consultant m/f/d, or in a comparable role in the SAP SD or Order-to-Cash environment • You view SAP SD as your technical foundation but consistently think end-to-end: from business requirements through process design, governance, and roadmap planning to effective implementation in an international ERP context • You can quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues, structure the interrelationships, and derive clear courses of action, decision-making criteria, and management-ready recommendations • You communicate confidently, professionally, and in a manner tailored to your audience, with business units, management stakeholders, international subsidiaries, IT teams, and external implementation partners • You possess strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills and can provide guidance even in complex or unclear situations • You take responsibility, prioritize effectively, actively help shape governance structures, and drive initiatives from the initial idea through to a recommendation ready for decision-making • Fluency in German and English, as well as a confident demeanor in international and management-level settings, round out your profile We Offer • Education and development: LinkedIn Learning, internal training center, development opportunities • Sport and health: Occupational medical care and health promotion, company employee counseling, EGYM WELLPASS, company sports • Flexible working: Flexible working hours without core working hours,Flexitime account,Mobile working, workation options,Home office contracts by arrangement Contact NinaFittkau Recruiting Consultant People & Organization Phone:05235/3-41067 In the Digital Processes & Solutions business unit, we are shaping the digital transformation of the Phoenix Contact Group.
