Responsibilities
• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth and effective data flow
• Implement automation solutions to enhance deployment processes
• Collaborate with data scientists to increase data accessibility and usability
• Monitor data systems to identify and resolve performance challenges
• Develop and update documentation for workflows and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for data security and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular evaluations of data systems to ensure reliability and quality
• Participate in team discussions to share progress and contribute to project goals
• Provide guidance and support to team members on the use of data tools and methodologies
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related discipline
• Proficiency in data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka, containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud services
• Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical and complex environments
• Effective communication skills to encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and collaboration
Nice to have
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus for tracking system performance
• Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for managing projects
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
