• TCP/IP and IP networking
• Routing and switching
• VPN technologies and troubleshooting
• Firewalls and network security
• Load balancing
• DNS
• Network troubleshooting and fault isolation
• Practical experience with at least one major public cloud platform, such as: IBM Cloud AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform Alibaba Cloud
• Experience should include a basic understanding of cloud networking concepts such as: Virtual networks / VPCs Subnets Routing Security groups / network ACLs VPN and private connectivity Cloud load balancers Cloud firewalls
• Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not required: DDoS protection services Infrastructure automation REST APIs Terraform Ansible Python or scripting Monitoring and observability tools
