Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verwaltung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT- und OT-Infrastruktur
• Verantwortung für den umfassenden Betrieb und die Absicherung von Netzwerken, Servern und Systemen in unserem europäischen Unternehmensumfeld
• Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung vielfältiger Technologien – von etablierten Systemen bis hin zu innovativen Cloud- und Virtualisierungslösungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Konstruktion, Produktion, Montage und Vertrieb zur Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse
• Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT/OT-Netzarchitektur inklusive sicherer Anbindung der Shopfloor-Systeme

Ihr Profil:

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre) in der Netzwerk- und Systemadministration
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Server- und/oder Linux-Umgebungen sowie in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, Firewalls)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper‑V) und Cloud-Diensten (M365)
• Grundkenntnisse in IT-/OT-Sicherheit und Netzsegmentierung sind wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Fertigungs-IT und Operational Technology (OT)
• Motivation, Produktionsprozesse durch clevere IT-Lösungen zu verbessern
