As Principal Data Scientist, you will define and drive the data science strategy across AutoScout24, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, and Generative AI. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to turn data into scalable products that create clear business impact.

You will lead senior data scientists and act as a technical role model across the company.WHAT YOU’LL DO define and own the data science and AI strategy across the organizationlead development and scaling of predictive and generative AI models for marketplace and fintech use casespartner with product and business leaders to align ML initiatives with company goalsdesign scalable ML systems and cloud-based workflows for training and deployment, with a strong focus on AWSbuild and operate production-ready ML solutions using AWS services (e.g.

SageMaker, S3, Lambda, EMR, etc.)ensure model quality, monitoring, governance, and compliance in productionmentor and develop data scientists and act as senior technical advisor YOU COME WITH 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AIstrong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworksproven experience with GenAI and LLMs in real productsstrong experience with AWS and its ML/data ecosystem (e.g.
