Their technology combines medical expertise, data-driven insights, and user-friendly mobile applications to improve patient outcomes and make healthcare more accessible.They are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their team and take ownership of key software development initiatives across their digital health platform and mobile applications.In this role, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, developers, and quality functions - translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful delivery of regulated medical software products.Responsibilities:Agile Project & Sprint ManagementTransform stakeholder requirements into clear system requirements and actionable development tasksCreate and manage Jira tickets, prioritise development activities, bug fixes, and technical debtDefine sprint goals and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and estimation sessionsLead daily stand-ups and support development teams in achieving delivery milestonesProduct Development & Release ManagementOversee the technical development and delivery of mobile applications and digital health software solutionsSupport verification and validation activities, including test case definition, execution, and documentationCoordinate software releases, including documentation, app store preparation, and submission processesManage translation workflows and ensure product readiness across different marketsCollaborate closely with designers and developers to balance technical feasibility with an excellent user experienceMedical Device Software & DocumentationContribute to technical documentation required for regulated medical software developmentSupport creation and maintenance of software development plans, test plans, traceability matrices, risk assessments, and technical reportsEnsure compliance with relevant medical device software standards and quality processesStakeholder ManagementWork closely with programme management to align sprint delivery with broader product roadmapsSupport leadership teams with technical insights during roadmap planningManage stakeholder expectations and provide solutions to overcome technical challenges while maintaining delivery timelinesKey Skills and Requirements:Several years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within medical software developmentExperience working in agile development environmentsExperience with medical device software development and IEC 62304 is essentialKnowledge of quality management systems and software lifecycle processesAbility to translate complex technical topics into clear solutions for different stakeholdersStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetFluency in EnglishNice to have:Experience with tools such as Miro, Figma, Asana, or similar collaboration platformsWhy Join?Be part of a mission-driven company transforming the way healthcare is deliveredWork on impactful digital health products used to improve patient careCollaborate with talented multidisciplinary teams across software, product, and medical domainsPlay a key role in scaling innovative healthcare technology in a regulated environmentIf you are passionate about technology, healthcare, and building products that make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.If you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Olivia Anton at o.anton@proclinical.com.Apply Now:If you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.
