Product Owner

• Take responsibility for the ongoing development of the ACTAPORT law firm software, from conception through release

• Gather and analyze customer and regulatory requirements

• Translate requirements into practical, user-oriented features

• Collaborate with the development team to clarify questions, refine scope, prioritize work, and resolve blockers

• Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog

• Support the development process using agile methodologies such as Scrum

• Present product progress to stakeholders

• Support quality assurance activities

• Define and communicate acceptance criteria

• Document new features

• Train employees and customers as needed

Requirements

• Completed degree in law, business administration, IT, or a comparable qualification

• Understanding of legal processes and user needs

• CSPO or PSPO I certification

• Structured, detail-oriented, and self-directed approach to work

• Strong understanding of UI/UX

• Interest in digital trends, AI, and Legal Tech

• Technical affinity for cloud software

• Excellent German skills

• Excellent English skills
