Product Owner - Interactive Medical Training (m/f/d)

THE ROLE

You own training creation and delivery from start to finish, until the training is live and approved. This is an execution role: specs, tickets, alignment and delivery. You work within established standards, templates and our own authoring tool. Your quality shows in the detail. Your work directly shapes how safely healthcare professionals use medical devices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Training Specification (Primary Focus)

• Work with the customer's experts to understand the device, the workflow and the learning goal
• Specify the training step by step within our didactic principles and standards: what the learner sees, hears and does
• Write clear tickets with acceptance criteria and keep the backlog prioritized

Delivery & Customer Contact

• Plan and drive delivery with our developers and 3D artists, through testing to release
• Be the main contact for the customer: feedback rounds, expectations, stable scope
• Keep specs, decisions and release documentation up to date

YOUR TEAM

You will be reporting directly to our CPO. You work in the product team with other Product Owners and QA, and closely with our developers and 3D artists. You work with Notion, Miro, Frame.io and Slack, plus AI tools like Claude. Our team language is English. Many of our customers work in German, so you will need both every day.

You get real ownership quickly: you onboard alongside your colleagues, then take over your own projects or switch flexibly between running projects wherever the team needs you most.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in a startup or scale-up, in product, project management or a similar role
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• You enjoy working with customers and communicate clearly with them and within the team
• A structured way of working: you plan, document and follow through
• You switch easily between projects and tasks without losing track of the details
• You turn a request into a clear ticket a developer can build from without asking twice
• Ownership in the detail: you check your own work before anything reaches the customer, raise problems early and commit once a decision is made
• You already use AI tools in your daily work

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in medtech, pharma or another regulated industry
• Experience with interactive content, games or Unity-based products

• Location: Munich, hybrid, at least 3 days per week in the office
