Overview

In this role you will lead the design and scaling of production tooling systems aligned with end-to-end manufacturing flows and high-volume targets. You will industrialize pilot solutions into standardized deployments across sites, driving automation-first execution and minimizing manual steps. You’ll ensure production-grade operations with robust monitoring and rapid issue resolution, while aligning engineering, IT, CMs, and vendors to a cohesive tooling landscape. This position offers impact through transforming manufacturing tooling to be future-ready and resilient.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Design scalable production tooling systems aligned to manufacturing flows and targets
  • Industrialize pilot solutions into standardized, multi-site deployments with clear ownership
  • Drive automation-first execution across quality checks, failure handling, repair, and reporting
  • Ensure production-grade operations including monitoring, resilience, performance optimization, and rapid issue resolution
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, IT, contract manufacturers, and vendors into a cohesive tooling landscape
  • Embed continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability while modeling Integrity values at Advantest

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 8+ years in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership
  • Proven track record of building and scaling production ecosystems for high-volume manufacturing with measurable impact
  • Strong experience automating and industrializing manufacturing processes across multiple sites or CMs with minimal manual intervention
  • Deep understanding of production systems, data flows, and system integration (e.g., MES, analytics platforms, API-based architectures) in complex environments
  • Experience owning end-to-end product or system lifecycle from requirements to production operation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, IT, and external partners
