(Citizenship from outside the Schengen Area with a work permit for Germany, Austria, etc., is not accepted.) /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liAs a Cutover I-AEP, you will manage the operational development of the cutover work packages (procedures / cutover workarounds) within the

business unit for the transformation from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA and represent the business unit's interests in the overarching cutover /li liEnsures the quality, completeness, and consistency of the developed procedures (including dependencies on other work packages). /li liLeads and coordinates the development of procedures within the business, from conceptual design to completion. /li liPlans and facilitates the necessary workshops with subject matter experts from the relevant departments. /li liEngages the relevant subject matter experts from the business unit, coordinates their contributions, and ensures the relevant resources available through the BO S/ /li liMonitors adherence to the timeline and milestones in accordance with specifications from the S/ core team as well as the compatibility of the RE4 cutover program timeline, and escalates deviations early on. /li liRepresents the

concerns, framework conditions, and status of the I-AEP business unit within the overarching cutover and the overall program. /li liCommunicates decisions, requirements, and risks from the cutover program back to the business unit and ensures their implementation. /li liServes as the central point of contact between the business unit and the cutover organization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSolid background in computer science or business administration (preferably a university or university of applied sciences degree) /li liStrong skills in project, program, and transformation management, as well as in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives /li li10+ years of professional experience in the implementation of transformation projects /li liAbility to make decisions and assert oneself in challenging situations /li liExcellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills

Deep understanding of processes, dependencies, and operational impacts /li liExtensive expertise in risk and escalation management /li liA structured, solution-oriented, and resilient approach to work, even under high time pressure—with the ability to maintain an overview and set clear priorities /li liKnowledge of cutover implementation for SAP transformations /li liExperience with SAP Activate or comparable transformation methods (phase model, Q-Gates, freeze/cutover concepts) /li liKnowledge of the relevant SAP modules for the involved streams (PS/PPM, PM/EAM, MM/PUR, SD/LOG, FI/CO)—at least at a conceptual level—to be able to assess dependencies between action items /li liExperience working with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) /li liTechnical leadership skills and the ability to serve as a role model /li liHigh level of initiative and a
